Buyer’s Agent Commission Rates

 

  • 5% commission on purchases $20,000 or lower

  • 8% commission on purchases over $20,000

Commission includes up to to 20 hours of service including, but not limited to: video review, communication with seller, agents, and arrangement of PPE.

 

Additional Expenses

  • Travel expenses paid by buyer

  • Additional services are offered at $45 per hour

  • Consultation on local purchases may be handled differently, depending on the time spent and the buyer’s needs
